Description:
This is the message that appears in Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 for exceeding the device limit for an Exchange ActiveSync connection. When you hit OK, the message instantly reappears and you have to quit Outlook quickly enough to be able to remove the account connection via the E-Mail applet in the Windows Control Panel just to be able to work with your other email accounts again. This assumes you have those, if you don't, forget about using Outlook. The device sessions counting into the limits do not expire, unless they are cleared manually from the Exchange server. If this is a Hotmail/Outlook account tied to a .NET Passport or Live ID, device sessions do not expire and will not be cleared, not even if you call Microsoft support, because they don't know how or who to talk to. To make matters worse, if you are using SkyDrive, Office 365 or have used the now defunct Live Mesh, those sessions count as well, per session each.
