To be used to illustrate network bias in favor of conventional web traffic (HTTP:80, TLS:443, email, etc.) or, especially concerning, added bandwidth reserved for speed test sites (this is just a 16MBit connection, and it is capped on the IP layer, DSLAM negotiates 25MBit, also the connection was busy with other web traffic)
